If you are having trouble accessing suite tickets that have been e-mailed to you:

1) If you have been told that your tickets have been distributed to you, you should receive an e-mail from our Bolts Nation Ticket Account, this is a Ticketmaster site.

Note: This e-mail will often be found in the “other” section of your Outlook webmail, or potentially found in your junk folder. It would be from “Bolts Nation” and from the e-mail address “[email protected].”

2) You can either follow the links in your e-mail to claim your tickets or you can try to login directly to Bolts Nation Account by clicking this link.

3) Reminder that unless you requested otherwise, these tickets were most likely distributed to your work e-mail. You may need to see if you had previously “logged in” to the Bolts Nation website using a Ticketmaster account associated to a personal email. Please make sure you are logged in utilizing your Ticketmaster account associated with your work e-mail.

4) Once you are on the Bolts Nation site you will need to login with your Ticketmaster account (that’s associated with your work e-mail address) or you will need to create a Ticketmaster login utilizing your work e-mail.

5) Once logged in you should be able to find your tickets under “my events” or “my tickets.”

6) Lastly, if you are logged in and still do not see tickets to your event, let us make sure that we distributed to the correct e-mail (spelled correctly). That is typically the only other possible issue at this point!

Feel free to e-mail [email protected] if you are continuing to have issues.
